Come work out with the Inderkum Wrestling Team to get into shape before the season starts. Open to everyone interested in wrestling: returning wrestlers and males and females interested in learning about the sport.
Meet in the weight room from 5:30-6:15. We’ll move to the small gym after that. Conditioning will be over between 7:30 and 8pm.
Dress in a comfortable—but not baggy—t-shirt or workout shirt, shorts with no metal on them, supportive underwear (no jockstraps or cups), socks, wrestling shoes (if you have them) or comfortable non-marking shoes, and wrestling headgear (if you’ve got it). Singlets are not worn during practices.
This is a new season, with new coaches, and new ways of doing things. If you tried wrestling before and did not like it, give it another shot. We look forward to working with you to help you earn the best possible season you can. We will be there for you, but you have to come to conditioning and practices to prepare yourself to be the best you can be!
